ingardens were brought in to update and revamp this older style property, the pool and tennis court were existing but the tennis court surface and the paving around the pool were in need of attention.

ingardens removed the existing artificial grass of the tennis court, the paving around the pool and original pool fencing. Before relaying the paving around the pool all drainage lines were upgraded to ensure any surface water drained properly, and footings were poured to accommodate the new pergolas. Pergolas,paving, new artificial grass and a new glass fence were then installed, to create a classic contemporary outlook. Finally the existing rear wall behind the pool was then clad in a natural walling stone, to act as a focal point, and to highlight the rear pool fountain.
